Why are we doing this-I don't know! But, I did like finding things out about Mom & Matt and Cami (those silly teenagers) so here is my attempt at delving into my innermost self and finding out who I really am!
1. I am almost technology illiterate and that is why I am learning to blog-to get with the times
2. Apparently I am good at afghaning! I didn't think it was much to shout about as it is more or less the same stitch over and over, but I tried to show my neighbor how to do a zig zag pattern (she is a quilter) and she is NOT getting it (to put it nicely)
3. When Matt won the Mr. Viking contest as the underdog, I also won the Miss Pleasant Grove contest as the underdog! So we were pretty much in charge of the whole town. Being Miss Strawberry Days is one of my crowning achievements! That is the reason Todd calls me "Short". It is derived from Strawberry shortcake which is the long version of the nickname. Alas, I gave up all the glory to get married, so if you try to verify that I was in fact crowned queen in 1993 you will find Heather Mangum in my place.
4. I often say that my delicate wrists are my best feature-probably explains why I love to make bracelets!
5. In college my friends Mindy, Jill, and I formed a singing group of sorts. We had a few gigs including one at the Furst Const. Christmas party where I worked with dad. There was a lot of swaying and such! I think we were called J.A.M-yikes!
6. I am really good at a 10 key-ask dad (click, click, click)

14. I oft make my bed round about 3:00 in the afternoon.
15. I started cycling and swimming in the summer and I am training for one of those mini tri-athalons. Laura Frisby inspired me.
16. For Christmas Todd got me a trainer thing for my bike so I can ride it inside and I love it! I have a DVD that kicks my trash like the cycling class at the gym!
17. I pick my eyebrows compulsively. Todd said he is tired of only seeing half my face when we are talking.
18. I mispronounce most words in the English language or make up new words just for fun. Sometimes when I meet new people, they just think I am from Lehi. The other day I said falderal and my friend thought I was an idiot. I told her to look it up and she was amazed that it was a word and that I actually used it in the right context!
19. I try to keep a low profile as to never be released from primary music-the best calling in the church!

21. My mom is my biggest fan-she laughs and everything I say!

24.My kids are smart even though I let them watch too much T.V. Allyson saw a package of toilet paper in a public bathroom and said "Oh there's Charmin Ultra!
25. Apparently I was ugly until Melody and Jonny's wedding. I got my Allyson weight off and got some highlights as to not look like the frumpy older sister and WOW! Neighbors didn't recognize me and said "keep doing whatever you are doing!" Why didn't anyone tell me I needed help?
26. Cancun-not so much/Hawaii-SWEET!
27. My Ipod shuffles scriptures in with my songs while I run and I don't dare skip past for fear of being stuck down. Just kidding I love listening to the random chapters!

29. My favorite restaurants are Asian Star and Cafe Rio
30. I love to watch "The Office", "Prison Break", "House", "Lost" and I hate to love "24"

43. I LOVE pumpkin pie and pumpkin shakes.
44. When I was a kid I loved making huts out of blankets and the picnic table on the deck. Some were even 2 stories tall.
45. When I am talking to people certain words are in songs and I usually have to sing the song. I'm sure that never annoys anyone "Hey Jonny, won't you come out to play."
46. Last spring was the first time I have ever planted perennials in my yard. It is so amazing to me that things actually grow.
47. I want to learn how to take good pictures. Todd got me a fancy camera and I pretty much use the point and shoot feature.
48. I am the only one in my family who doesn't play the guitar-YET!
49. I am so lucky to have the most fun and funny brothers and sisters in the world!
50. I may over use the exclamation point in my writing!!!!!!!!!!!!! However, I am generally very enthusiastic about things that I say.

56. Sometimes I wear stretchy pants in my room, just for fun! (say with a Mexican accent)
57. Chicago is my all time favorite group, closely followed by Air Supply (I am an old person). I also like new music-Todd put some really good modern day stuff on my Ipod that is great for running to.
58. My Dad and I used to sing "Don't go chasing Polar Bears" by Paul McCartney together. In fifth grade everyone else loved Michael Jackson and Paula, but my favorite singer was Paul! I do love the Beatles also. Jordan is a 3rd generation fan.
59. I love Pride and Prejudice (all versions, but the A&E 6 hour one is my fav.) When Jordan was in 1st grade he watched the whole thing with me while we did stitcheries. He's a pretty well-rounded kid.

WaaaHoooo! Nice job. Now let's see the 100 about Todd. Also, Jake wiped a tear that you forgot him in the in-laws section--but then we decided that you just forgot he isn't ACTUALLY your brother. :)
There were some specifics I wanted to comment on, but now I've forgotten. Anywho, very funny.
Well, well, well. I'm so glad you gave in and decided to do the list!
Yes, I remember you coming home from the hair salon and warning me that you may just be cuter than me on my wedding day. There are only about 1,000 pictures of that day, in case people want to check them out make the decision for themselves! (Thanks again, Todd, for the sweet photography hook-ups.)
Anyway, you are a great gift-giver - I use my hole puncher almost daily!
I love the list. Jonny has been looking forward yours coming out. He'll be happy to read it soon!
Hammy and Bake-Crap! Of course I love Jake jake bo bake as much my own flesh and blood. Please check again and you will see that the embarrassing oversight has be revised. Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.
I love it! I was laughing a lot. Sorry I haven't commented on your blog yet. I meant to on all of the posts about the kids. There is so much to say about each one of them. I couldn't bring myself to do such a task. I love you guys and I love reading about you.
My name was in that blog 3 times! (although twice, just as a reference point) Whoa. I'm moving up in the blog-o-sphere. Thanks Amber Pamper.
I don't know where this 100 thing started, but I made a 100 things I love about growing up a "Frisby" and 100 things I love about Aaron, and 100 things we love about Grandpa Scott and Grandma Julie. I Love doing it for other people. It makes you very grateful for them. I'll post an example of above on my blog. BUT anyhoots, I have to comment on several of your 100 because I loved them so much and loved learning more about my cousin I thought I knew- now I know better. #61- golf- how fun- you should of bought my women's golf clubs, since we have been selling all of our belongings, I love golf, and took lessons, but now is my baby stage...so goodbye golf for now.#68 I miss Gidget and wish everyday that I had tapes of it to watch or that I could find it on the Dish Network- but no such luck- I still love Gidget- I have letters from you from when we were little and calling each other "Gidget and Laroo". #72- Fashion Gal- didn't I get you that job? Retail is over-rated. #55- Dolls- I still have all of them and all their clothes- saved in a bin in hopes of having a daughter someday to give it to- #81- those were good times- #87 I am the same way with scary movies. And #93- I have always thought you were funny and always admired you from a distance. I have always (from the time I was jealous of your beautiful long blond hair) until now seeing you as the cutest mom and wife, - thought you were funny, easy going, and someone I always admired. You are very talented- I love you Amber.
sharla
Scoundrel?! Well I never. (Cortnie is agreeing with you.)
Bubber, that's really ok, and I guess if any of your in-laws on Todd's side read this, maybe you should just say, "my in-laws," or maybe "some of my in-laws" and such! :) Totally kidding.
love Clammy and Bake.
XXOOXxoOX liddle kees.
Well done Amber! When Drew gets home, we should go to DisneyWORLD because I am pretty sure Drew has been there over 20 times... also, I will be glad to show you anything off the internet! Snow falls from the 'bove... And you were my inspiration for working at Deb after I heard your wonderful Fashion Gal stories. Hurrah for silly teen girl skanky fashion cheap retail stores!
Way to go Amber! these list are hilarious! Ok, I just read cameron your comment and he said "I miss her too, she was good". I love that you blog now! Ethan saw the pic of Allyson and said "Oh my best friend allyson". We miss her. And the bracelet is holding up just perfect, still fits and is so cute! thanks!!
