Today was the first day of preschool! If you can believe it, it is my 7th year and Melody's 4th. Allyson has also had about 7 years worth of preschool already, but this is the first year she is actually enrolled in the T, Th morning class, and it was Julia's first day too! Melody and I rearranged the room, so we'll have to see if we like it. We have 15 darling kids in the morning class(T, Th) and 13 darlings in the afternoon class (T,W, Th). They were so cute and relatively good for the first day. They were already making us laugh and it seems like we will have really fun classes this year. Julia was also very cooperative! Hopefully the kids don't maul her to death, and drive Melody nuts! Anyway, here is a slideshow of all of our first day back!
Allyson has been so excited for preschool to start and to have all her friends coming. I asked her how her first day was and she said it was fun! She liked the toys and putting stuff in her cubby! Funny, she isn't totally sick of it all! This is totally unrelated, but yesterday Ally asked Nana if they could look at the things in her "Julia box" (jewlery box). Funny!

I like what you have done with the room. Ally looks so cute. She is growing up so much. I wish I could live close by and start Nicky at your preschool. I'm sure it would be a lot better than the one here and less expensive. It is $850.00 a month at the preschool next to our house. I can't believe! I'm trying to get Kip and Heather to start a blog. I think they are going to.
I can just smell the new glue and crayons now. I miss Miss Amber's school, come to htink of it I miss Miss Amber too! I like the rearranged room.
Wow! I am very impressed that you blogged, considering how you had to make the memory game, among other daily tasks! Allyson was delightful yesterday. I think this will be a great year too . . . I still can't get over how I don't have to rush back to campus after school. Deluxe!
What a great preschool! It looks like such fun. You guys are all sorts of pros nowadays. I'd like to see Allyson at work there in the preschool. Hope she's not bored!
Today I went to Ethan's preschool to drop off some pictures they're going to use (he hasn't gone there yet), and when we got to the door he said, "Bye bye Mommy!" He thought I was leaving him there today! No tears for that kid. Too much of a pro.

I like the tables against the wall. Your own blondies are so darling. I will miss being a regular assistant at preschool. You girls are great teachers.

Wow! That first day of school seems to drag on and on, like for days and days. I can't wait until something new and exciting happens!
